1382 Peachtree vs. 1230 W. Peachtree: Which will top out first?

Both are in the middle of their first level now. 1382 has 32 stories while 1230 has 31 stories.

1230 got the crane up first and looks to be slightly ahead at the moment. However, 1382 seems to be picking up the pace. Which will top out first?

The site constraints at 1382 Peachtree (former BBBS site) look tough for that one. 1230 W Peachtree has the future 15th st extension as a nice laydown yard & possible concrete truck staging area.
