Sorry I don't check here much haha. I'm hoping to upgrade this year and my new budget is in the 700-750k range. Am considering a move back to Vancouver now that prices in both cities are similar and I can finally afford to buy downtown there.
Congrats on the purchase.

What would the condo fees be for that unit? And yes, I think downtown Toronto condo fees in highrises are typically a good chunk more than in downtown Vancouver! It's crazy to think of Vancouver being the more affordable option now.
