This is right on Water Street. TBH I'd rather a surface parking lot.
Sad thing is it's not going anywhere. It's actually a quite old warehouse with an unfortunate reclad. It was Templeton's Paints, which is beloved here for its heritage rowhouse colours. So even though it closed last year, the new distillery is refurbishing all the Templeton's signage, etc. So I don't expect the Water Street side of it to change much if at all. Ever.
To give you an idea what these types of buildings usually look like here - also on Water Street. Still not great but far better:
Prior to the Great Fire of 1892, the backs of these warehouses were the waterfront, and the streets along the sides of these buildings were wooden piers. They pushed all the rubble from the city into the harbour and it created another block of land, so that's why all these warehouses seem oddly placed.
