Quarry Park is its own category of ugly. The office buildings aren't the worst and it's better than the wasteland industrial site it used to be, but the residential and retail component are god awful. Reminiscent of that Vancouver outlet mall but more shittily built.
Are you serious? It's absolutely horrible. That style would be acceptable at sea, but not for a permanent structure in the middle of a city.
Honestly, I think the fact that it resembles a cruise ship plonked in the middle of downtown Toronto is precisely what appeals to me.

The Hyatt is an atrocious mess. The architect went out of their way to design two separate buildings, changed his mind and, mashed them together. I don't think you'll find another mixed use building that makes such an awkward transition from one use to another. The complex massing for the office building and the hotel building only makes it worse.
