There was also an earlier South Bend -Mishawaka, IN Metro Development thread started by Halovet in 2018 that never really took off, so that has been absorbed here as well. I will do my best to maintain a project rundown in this opening post for anything that anyone posts on here.
Wikipedia defines the Northern Indiana region by these 26 northern-most counties, which can be further sub-divided into Northwest Indiana / Calumet Region, North-Central Indiana / Michiana Region, and Northeast Indiana. So if it falls within this region, and it's substantial, it's fair game for this thread -
