The KOY building had a facadomy and a couple additions--they did it in the 1970s. Look closely at the narrow windows on the north side of the KOY building and streetview--they're the same size and spacing.

The 1st/Central split has not always been there, btw--they did that in the 60s or 70s.

The building to the north of KOY is not DeSoto.

Guys, even numbers are on the west side of the street. Desoto is on the east. Desoto is not next to the KOY building.

OK, stop me if you've heard this one. Why did the KOY building cross the street?

Hey Everyone,

Medistar posted a new vide of Central Station, very nice, however the background of the rest of Phoenix is very.... umm... off.... LOL

They havent updated their website regarding the hotel removal, however the video only has around 32 floors

Also construction has been pushed to early 2021

Yes, thanks for sharing. I'm still a little underwhelmed since they removed the hotel portion.

I wish Phoenix looked at least half as urban as it does in that video

Overall, it looks pretty good though

It’s just a view into the future - after the the Diamondbacks have rebuilt many stadiums. I mean, I guess after 20 years you get a new one right?
