For a new tallest in a city like NYC, this is rather dull. Its slenderness and height make it somewhat interesting, but certainly less so than its neighbors (111, 53W53, 345 Park).

Doesn't matter where the building will be or which country? But very important. Who is the end of the building? And of course it must be a room for the billionaire only! ........

The towers were secured for the elements before stoppage. The city allows continuing work if it's to secure a site.
