Its a boxy design yes, but not as boxy as you think... lol... but thanks for your opinions.... about paragon, what I meant it to mean was to be a paragon/ an example of green urban development. However, to make up for the boxiness, I made it quite detailed... watch out for renders on the next post...

Here's a facade revision of PTRCKDSIGN HQ... I gave it more detail this time with use of wire meshes or something of the same material to help keep out the heat and thus lessen the need for intensive use of ACs... More renders to come...

Haha... thanks toyota74! I finally reclaimed some hard disk space by deleting large files so I could do more detailed models from now on...

Nope... its a new observation tower... and its gonna be a part of the complex I'm building which includes Torreverde and Trident. I'm calling it CITI3, which is a word play of City and Tree, like the Tokyo Sky Tree... lol. Its gonna be a 'green' obs. tower so in effect, its like a tree too... haha

CITI3 Observation Tower Construction Photos

My latest project, the CITI3 tower is currently being built in a plot of land fronting Torreverde and Trident. It will be among the world's tallest tower's as well as the country's highest. Height will be disclosed as the construction progresses. Meanwhile, these shots serve as a glimpse of the project. The tower currently is at approx. 260 meters above street level. Enjoy!
