It does have similarities with the Sears Tower, largely due to the bundled tube structure system.

I like the concept, but I'm not sure they can make it work. The individual towers seem very small when you consider the size of the elevator banks that would be needed to get to the top floors. It would not leave much floor space to lease and might not work economically.

cool design though!
