[Burlington] Station West |?| 3, 4 & 6 fl| Complete

This is the development that four cranes are currently working on immediately adjacent to the Aldershot GO station. Details:
421 units total by my count, 233 owned condo townhouses and 172 rental apartments.
Site Plan Approval for 140 stacked townhomes, 58 back to back townhomes, 35 regular townhomes, 16 rear lane townhomes, and 172 apartment units.
Apartment units located in two 6 storey buildings.
Underground parking provided for stacked townhomes and apartment buildings.

Below is a rendering of the townhouses (I have not found any renders for the apartment buildings), and some pictures I got today. Looks like four blocks of townhouses, constructed out of concrete for some reason, have topped out and the foundation has been poured for the two 6-storey apartment buildings. Lastly, there's a proposal for another development across the street from the apartment buildings.

for the townhouses:

As of today:

I could not figure out how to insert the rest of the images without being far too large for the forum width but I'll leave the links for now

A better picture from yesterday. Windows going into apartment building 1 now. Apartment building 2 is hidden by the townhomes but is above ground now.

[Burlington] Station West |?| 3, 4 & 6 fl| U/C -> [Burlington] Station West |?| 3, 4 & 6 fl| Complete

pictures from today. Dense neighbourhood with zero recreational space.

For some reason, the entrance to the underground parking garage is at the rear of the site, so there are still roads going through the whole site to get people to the entrance of it...

There is a park coming to this development shortly. It's supposed to be closer to waterdown road

You mean as part of the adjacent development? Looks like that depends on which site plan gets approved, and even then is likely over a decade away.

If you look at the site plan you can see that there is going to be a park beside the stormwater pond:
