Some activity going on the parcel next to the Local (the development with the Whole Foods). Can’t remember the name of the development.

Yes and they set up a leasing office on University where the old Firehouse subs use to be next the Wells Fargo

What exactly are they "revealing?" Kinda hard to fit the building under a tarp! Ta-dah!

Watermark Phase 2 Has a couple of more highrise's coming?

Potentially 3 more...not sure when those will start especially since the office portion hasn't filled up yet.

The next phase(s) include:

-An extended garage with about a 6 story hotel on top of it.
-A taller office building along Rural, not sure the floor count.
-A possible rental/ condo tower on the furthest western edge of the property line behind the existing apartments.

I can see the hotel happening...not sure about the other two towers.

If you go back a few pages or google search it, you should find a rendering of what the project looks like at build out.
