This is a really great street level interactive view of the 5M development. I Highly recommend a look.

with foundation poured, this qualifies for 'under construction' status, I believe

Wow, this sure looks under construction to me.

Is this the main tower? Or the main two towers since they appear to be somewhat conjoined?

From Mission St. It is already a beautiful giant. Now let's watch it grow.

You need to request the transfer. It won't happen automatically.

I've lost track of this project and would like some help: Here are the original proposals (from earlier in the thread)--I realize the proposal was changed somewhat to preserve the Carmelline Building but the U/C part seems pretty much as proposed, or am I wrong:

So am I correct that what's under construction now includes both the so-called H1 and H2 towers? And if so, which version (i.e. at what height of the H1 tower)? And is the H1 tower now to be taller or shorter than the future N1 tower?

at https://www.5msf.com/living-working/, they only mention office space for that building, so I think it is the office version

From what I've read and understand, according to the image you posted, only H1 with 100% office and M2 with 100% residential are under construction. N2 and N1 are to be built in a later phase.

I'm not sure when the historic renovations (Chronicle building - M1) and N3 are set for.

the socketsite article on the groundbreaking from a year ago says N1 (phase 2) will be 'up to 470 ft', I think implying that it will still be the taller tower
