You have the now demolished Quincy Street Garage as was mentioned that stood 285 feet (25 floors). But, the tallest one of these types, I believe, was the now demolished Carew-Netherland Garage in Cincy that stood 342 feet (27 floors).

Holy smokes! As ugly as the building may be and though the very idea of such a structure is silly, this is still awesome!

I grew up in Macon and the Dempsey Hotel has a 10 story garage added in the 40s 50s, that has a car elevator (aprox 12x20 feet) Ive gone up in it as a college photography student at SCAD in Savannah, for a photo shoot and it was awesome. Macon also had the first police motorcycle fleet in the country in the early 20s.

the 28 floors brick monster on the left is one of the tallest garage buildings in Brazil... its located on the city of Piracicaba... I dont even know why Piracicaba needs such a tall garage building!!!

This is the approach taken with most massive garages these days, but you need the land area to do it. It's incredibly efficient... I'm reminded of the one at Universal Studios in Florida, which feels like an extension of the interstate system and has 21,000 spaces. I believe the Alewife commuter garage in Boston has the same layout, but it's much smaller.

Wow! I didn't realize know that. Universal Studios wants to starts constructed new parking garage? Because lots of those people who parked the cars and parking lots is always full. When they will be completions done a new parking garage? I haven't been down there for a long time. It was so much changes.
