This One is Going Up

I completely agree. I walked by the fenced-off site in late May, and it was obvious that it was preparing hardcore for construction. I'll try to get down there this approaching weekend to snap photos if needed for more convincing that it's no longer a proposal.

Threads aren't moved until there's actual construction. This means foundations being poured.

Cool. Though I see it is still tagged Planned, not Under Construction, in the Database.

^ I saw a recent pic someone took of this project and there was a huge deep hole there.
