Florence & Siena - Under the Tuscan Sun

A follow-up to my previous thread covering Rome. Florence is lovely (if a bit stuffy), but architecturally Siena stole my heart. Piazza del Campo is one of the world's great public spaces.

Thanks for reminding me that when I visited Florence and Siena, I skipped San Gimignano. Mistake.

I completely agree! Fantastic photos.

I used to rely on comments to bump the most deserving photo threads back to the top of the list. Lately though this entire forum has gotten very... very... quiet...

Haha, thanks for the thread bump, guys! You'd think with COVID folks would want to virtually explore the world, but maybe since they aren't out in cities themselves they just sort of forgot SSP exists!
