Pretty crazy. Like is there just not that much mechanical up there or what? Moving whatever is there to the roof?

I saw floor plans for this on FB. Not sure where I can find them to link in here.

Overall the layouts seems good. But there's one, suite type 3, which is 2 beds 2 bath. But there's no ensuite. The 2 washrooms are side by side out in the hall haha seems really odd..

A bunch more details about the building including pricing and floorplans at the link below. Building will have a 3000 sqft 24-hour fitness centre.

Oh and a new photo that shows the podium is being redone
Interesting it shows Oscars in the podium where Generation Green is right now. Maybe this project has been in the works quite a few years? haha

I like it except for the green thing at the top. Is that gangrene?

Now that you've blown it up bigger I see the Print Shop by Vantage (currently in Richardson Concourse) is also shown there. Interesting when they do these things haha.

I am still laughing. Well, gangrene is more bilious greenish yellow? lol..
Oscars opening up a second location there would do very well. Doubtful they would close the Hargrave location.

It's so odd that whole area up top was just never used for anything, all the mechanical is at the back and on the roof. Was just empty. Anyone know if it was planned this way or some things got cut?

This is gonna look slick!! I think a black tower in that location provides some nice variety. Not to mention another residence directly on Main Street

My photo didn’t turn out at all, but there’s already glazing up in the north side of the top floor. Probably 5+ panels are in and a bunch more sitting on top of the podium.

CityPlace was suppose to have a fitness center on the top floor when renovation plans for the old Eaton Catalogue Bldg were announced in 1976 and that never happened so I am skeptical with marketing plans and renderings.

Rightly. Architectural renderings are like dating site profile pictures.
