Prime Condos rendering has been revealed. CentreCourt also owns the property across the street at 412 Church Street.

IBI Group has something tall coming to Queen and Jarvis.

Parallax has something tall coming nearby at Mutual and Queen.

Anyone else heard that Redpath rumour?

New renderings of McMaster University's new 1190 Main Street West Student Residence. It got a height increase to 18-floors with the addition of a new tower. It'll be located right at the McMaster University station on Hamilton's new LRT...

At first glance, I thought the McMaster student residence was a hospital. Just massive!

Calgary proposal is pretty damn nice for the suburbs. Would love to see similar proposals in Ottawa's Orleans area near the future O-Train extension.

Just approved by Hamilton City Council, a 14-floor mixed-use building on the edge of Downtown Stoney Creek, near the future Eastgate Square LRT stop...
