Territory, Ranch 101 was the largest in the country at that time.
This is where he honed all his western skills.....roping....shooting. etc.
He was 'discovered' by the Selig-Polyscope Co. when they arrived in the territory to make western movies.
The interesting thing about this postcard is that it was made a year
prior to his first movie, -Ranch Life in the Southwest' (1910).
