[Dartmouth] 739 Windmill Rd

This was the Burnside Hotel and was recently torn down.
Does anyone know what's being built in its place?

I heard a rumor that it was going to be a car dealership, but I am dubious.

I don't understand why it was torn down as it received rave reviews...

Yeah... good riddance. Anything will be better than what was there.
