It is supposed to be based America, but a lot of the free models that I have are European cars. You'll just have to forgive me a bit of artistic licence where it comes to the cars.

Block 3 is now underway. This block I imagine will have generally taller buildings than previous blocks, stepping up in scale to between 60-100m. First off though is a parking lot, inspired by a photo I saw of a corner plot somewhere in NYC. I always start with a sketch to help work out the approximate work involved.

And here is the modelled parking lot...

The next render shows the same view pulled back. A new building underway at the corner of Wiltshire and what will be 6th St.

Render from above the parking lot.

The building directly behind the parking lot is now complete. Its a 20 storey 30s era block. This is the blank south elevation.

Thank you all for kind comments. Right been v busy today modelling and here is a work in progress shot without cars and some buildings hidden, showing the corner of Wiltshire and 5th - the parking lot. The buildings elevations facing the lot have rough blank walls as I imagine there was an original building here once.

I love your inconspicuous billboards, they are hilarious, and you act like they aren't even there...

mini correction. maybe you might reconsider the side windows of that beautiful building with the many setbacks? as in last four floor all windows, but no so many below that.
anyway, love it.

Thanks guys - the reason there are only windows in the top 4 floors is due to a previous building that was once on the adjoining parking lot. I imagine it joined onto both the setback building and lower 6 storey apartment and thus meant windows at this level wouldn't exist. You see this in NYC where an old building is demolished. In fact this parking lot plot would in reality be prime real estate, maybe one day I'll develop it......
