We went from 4 floors to what, 20 now, on a single page of this thread and in a hair over 3 months. Impressive.

Placing the first part of 26th floor today. Indeed, 5 to go---This tops out at the 31st (high roof) which is a partial level (about 1/3 of the footprint).

^Pietrini & Sons were on site last time I checked.

But in all seriousness, since the announcement of the flagship Giant supermarket being there, things have really picked up for the north tower.

Congrats RWSMADCONC -- hopefully you guys are signed up for Arthaus or The Laurel!

We need to fill in those lots on 38th with something tall. Ever since I saw that conceptual rendering I have been dreaming of a 38th lined with 300'ers, or even taller. Of all of the streets in West Philly, 38th could probably handle it too, considering how wide it is.

This is beautiful, freaking beautiful; this makes me happy.

Think about it; a 29 story building as far west as 37th Street; and with the crown and air conditioning units its taller though that doesn't count often.

So nice

You can see it coming in to West Philly down Chestnut Street. The way that it's oriented, it looks massive. This is a great addition to the skyline from certain vantage points. I have a few pics. I'll try to post this weekend if I'm not too tied up.

I too love this project's height. Hopefully it'll lead to taller development along 38th.
