the problem with this tower is that the setbacks create a false illusion that the core is jumping when it is not. So we dont know for sure, a few weeks ago this was 1425, it should be at 1450 but i think this would appears in the news since 1450 is the height of the willis and no building in the US has had usable floors reaching that height ever.

I say everyone on SSP chips in for rent or condo price per month, then we can all live at the top floor for a few days a week. Maybe we should start an SSP gofundme. I'm sure the collective buying power of every SSP member could easily pay for a condo near to the top floor.

I've been wanting to do that for a while now. But we also need to cover HOA fees per month, but collectively, shouldn't be an issue. That's why we need to all donate $50/month "each" to the "Save a Chris Foundation". For the price of a few Starbucks and some overpriced organic food, your contribution, for the mere $1.60 per day, can help uproot a Chris, to a better area. A dollar, and sixty cents, can help save a Chris.

I just posted not that long ago that the next floor in the crown will pass the Willis Tower's roof, so nearing 1,450 feet. I'll see if I can get an answer

Design Vision

This new architectural landmark will rise 1,550 feet
above New York City, establishing it as the tallest
residential building in the world.

Elegant and graceful, its strong presence positions
Central Park Tower as a powerful and poised statement
along the Manhattan skyline.

Central Park Tower features the highest residences in the world.

Extell and Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture
have taken the responsibility of designing such a
prominent landmark in one of the world's most
famous skylines very seriously. Together they have
created a building that is respectful, bold and refined.

The tower will rise above a podium base and
will house 179 of the most exclusive homes in
the world. At a height of 300 feet from the
street, the tower cantilevers to the East, creating
Central Park views for all north-facing residences.

From Rock to Top

Some of the world’s most iconic tall
buildings live in New York, and have
become symbols of this City. They owe
their shape, recognition and height to the
unconquerable Manhattan bedrock. It is on
this foundation that Central Park Tower
dares to reach new heights, a shimmering
beacon of glass, steel, ambition and aspiration.

Located on Manhattan’s Billionaire's Row and steps
from Central Park, the tower’s vast footprint
offered the unique opportunity to design a
structure of enormous strength and great
elegance.
