Well Jefferson is slowley coming along. Although its not as exicitng, or intresting, or sexy as old Jefferson, its coming along.

The Corporate Peninsula, although kool, will never return. It made no sense, (Major Corporations headquartered in Jefferson?) NEXXONoil will not return to Staunton, 2nd largest company on earth wouldnt have a HQ in Staunton, in 2003 NexxonOil moved to Houston.

The major tenanaments, rising 50 floors, are not coming back, as it makes no sense. Those sexy middle-class residential towers, I dont know if they will return.

Excellent I love all the trees in Jefferson. I look forward to seeing the rest of that area filled in! Question: is Jefferson officially a different city or a borough of Staunton similar to Brooklyn is to NYC?

Jefferson is a Borough, Jefferson was its own city, home to its own Jefferson BullSharks, until the city was incorporated into Staunton in 1903. Jefferson has tried many sucession attempts, one in 1958, and one in 2004. Both times where largley dissapproved by the city. If Jefferson had split off, Staunton would have lost nearly 1/3rd of its population.
