Great project! Will compliment Broad and Washington well. Washington Ave is on fire!

Interesting that this one has two floors of office space. I'm a big fan of more office space closer to other residential hubs outside of center city. I wonder if they already have a tenant?

Yes. Washington Avenue IS on fire.
This is a very nice project.
Nice private courtyard.
No pool!?
A little concerned about the finishing materials as renders can't show the REAL appearance.
But great density.

1245 Washington Avenue
13th & Washington

Not bad for 13Th and Washington Ave. Too bad the bastards that are putting up the block long piece of S---. at Broad and Spring garden could not have done something like this!!

Honestly I like this one a lot better than Broad and Washington. A lot less awkward in the massing and it meets both Washington and 13th a lot better.
Build it!

This is a great design, especially for the area. It has 2 levels of UNDERGROUND parking, numerous double-height spaces, and holds the street wall all the way around. The facade design is decent and hopefully they won't cheap out on the facade materials. I think it will wind up being a similar quality to 1000 South Broad or the nearby 4-story 1200 Washington. Nothing special but not outright ugly.

Now what happened to that massive empty site between them? That is key to linking this building with the neighbors and creating a large Secondary Center. Did that development fade out?

Please let this happen. The dominos are starting to fall and if this and the Broad and Washington project get built, some other south Broad Street lots/businesses like 15th and Christian, Popeyes, McDonald's, Dunkin etc cannot hold out much longer. The Broad and Bainbridge building seems to be happening along with the ugly new building at Broad and Ellsworth and nice building at Broad and Alter.

Those luxury rowhomes are also nice infill at Broad and Fitzwater and Broad and Bainbridge (idk who would want to live there for $2 million but that's just my option).

I sure hope this project is a go! I wish for more height though. I would love to see Broad lined with substantial buildings all the way to Washington Ave. But I'll still take this.

And still waiting on Goldenberg to do something with the old health center next to Symphony House...they love to sit on land.

The townhomes at Broad & Fitzwater are beautiful, but they belong somewhere else. And I agree, $2M to live at that corner is questionable. If those same homes were on any quiet block in the Rittenhouse area, I would buy one right away (if I could afford one )
