The bold white squares kinda have a throwback feel yet modern... welcome relief from 100% glazing.

I'm unimpressed by Art Shack....it's overbearing and doesn't give much up for a design. The street level is probably the worst part about it, Yonge Street shouldn't just have a wall of glass.

i totally agree with you man. Toronto people are really spoiled. you will find people complaining about a sexy project like CIBC Square.

Toronto, like every other city, gets it's share of humdrum projects. But lately some of the proposals have been particularly nice, including CIBC Square.

Yea that's one of my favourite current projects as well. Certainly in the top 5 if not top 3.
