Downtown is Rotting

600k+ for a sardine box surrounded by vacant stores, dirty streets, graffiti, and a city whose economy has collapsed.
And now the homeless, drug element has been given the keys to the city, where any park can be their home base for petty crime, drug trades, whatever they want to do.

And they're no longer limited to Main and Hastings, oh no, now they can conduct their business in Shaughnessy, West Van, Pt. Grey, wherever a city park is, they can be...legally.

This is a gift to the criminal element, who can stash/store stolen goods from the best, ripest neighbourhoods, which they previously had to drive to and drive out of to rob, risking getting caught.
Now they can set up base a few blocks from mansions and other juicy targets, making escape MUCH easier.
Yes, welcome to Vancouver, where you'll pay thru the nose for a home, and for that you'll be lucky to get/keep a job, watch your city turn into Detroit before your eyes, and then much, much worse .
