The residential tower is pretty ug, but this will be a really solid office building, so I'm sure Houstonians will take that trade

The parking garage on the right was just built. This will be part of a much larger proposed tower. Just waiting for a tenant(s). Once the office tower is built, that parking garage will have a facade.

The comment about the resi tower hasn't aged well, based on the rendering in that project's thread...

Always good to see office density in a place near the light rail, IMO.

What's crazy about this building is that it is really tall, relatively speaking. It would be Austin's tallest(soon to be 2nd tallest). But it looks almost diminuitive next door to the Texas' only supertall.

Texas has two supertall towers; both towers are over 300m and in Houston.
