But that's not what I said.

What I said is that a skyline is "how the city appears on the horizon and from a distance."

Granted, the "from a distance" bit is overkill (already implied by "on the horizon") and I should have left it off.

I posted the pics sequentially to avoid giving the impression that I was singling out any particular forumer for comment. No trash intended. But I've taken them down now in response to your post.
