Interesting proposal, I like the amphitheater and patio fronting onto the river valley exposure. The wording in the article about the glass fading from a blue to a white as it goes up has me intrigued too, but the renderings do not seem to show this effect.

Edit: Seeing a project actually include a winter rendering is pretty neat, even if the trees in the background are still green...

I got the impression that the City wanted to build a new tallest ? Granted, this is certainly prominent.

The City doesn't per se, but 2 of the developers do...
