Correct, the lobby level is an atrium by definition, and Dac is also correct in what its main purpose is.

The facades of the sides and back on the bottom were planned to be blank walls. There will be other buildings touching those sides.

Very nice addition to your city.
Yup, the first floor is a big bank, with service counters bordering the whole room (except the entrance of course), and bankers' desks throughout the room. Right in the middle is the starwell and elevator entrances all within the core. There are 10 elevator shafts and 2 stairwells.

I must give credit to the SunTrust Center (Orlando) for the color scheme, window design, and the pyramids.

Looks great. It actually looks better than what I thought it was gonna look like. It reminds me of 900 North Michigan but with a different outline color (green-ish). I also like the base. Not only is it very detailed but the windows are tall like I like them.

Wow, mine is strikingly similar to 900 North Michigan. What a coincidence considering I based it on a different one.

By lag you mean the program running slow? It's getting bad lately with all the heavy models I added recently.

Yup, the SunTrust Center in Orlando was the inspiration for this one, but it's no where near identical to it. Mine looks more like 900 North Michigan as Aleks pointed out.

I appreciate the comments everybody, thank you.

It's ok. Looks great and the green really adds a good touch to the building.

The hospital has a new addition. This parking garage was added on in 1967, replacing a big parking lot, and making connection with the hospital's research center that will come in the future.

It's the best parking garage I ever made. It still needs 2 elevators and 1 stairwell, but those will come sometime later. Next I'll start filling up the block behind it.

Yes. Your details are amazing. You better save your files to a memory card or something before your computer explodes!

Yes, the hospital was moved one block down because it was too close to the old bell tower hotel.

i think it just might. It feels really hot sometimes. Luckily I got recent backups on a second hard drive.

About 5 months ago my computer broke and I was sure I lost it all. Miraculously the hard drive was still good for transferring my old files when I reinstalled the system on a new hard drive.

In the next update, expect a Sim City styled aerial so you all can see how it's setup after all these new buildings.

Nothing new here. Other things came first. I'm considering starting something fresh anyways, something in the future.

No because Otahita never ended. Both cities are on hold. I'm doing other models instead of cities right now. But if I start working on a city, maybe in a month or so, it will be something fresh.
