Anyone have updates on 410 S Wabash? Haven't been down that way in a while, this was going to make a pretty big impact on that corner of the Loop

160 N Elizabeth, 1400 W Randolph, 1440 W Randolph, West End on Fulton. I never thought I'd see dense development this far west. Now, it's only a matter of time before this development jumps Ogden, Ashland & stretches to Damen. Unreal.

The Sangamon building is where Fulton Market Kitchen is/was. I hope they are able to re-open somewhere else - cool place. The 160 N Elizabeth site is no loss however.

Hotel wise I'm not surprised. So many people have been cooped up most of this year and it'll continue for at least a few months into next year. We were even given instructions recently here that we won't return to the office at least until the end of March if not end of June now. So many people (including myself) have been missing out on travel and we fully intend to make up for it once this crap is over, and we don't have to quarantine for 14 days whether visiting another state or when we go to visit another country (in that country).

Yea, I have to imagine the tourism industry is going to explode in summer 2022, depending on the timeline/efficacy of this latest vaccine.

Yep, and not to get too much into COVID, but to the degree that it affects highrise development in Chicago, the good early news from Moderna and Pfizer is very promising and I bet you that many of the big lenders and developers are watching such news closely.
