There are rumors in Austin that another new building, taller than the new-tallest-building-in-Texas that is now under construction may be announced in the near future.

Shame that Ross Perot super tall never manifested in Dallas. I recall the idea was going to be 70 floors and the tallest in all of Dallas.

If you asked me years ago, I would of never thought Austin would reach the top of the throne. How things have changed! Bank of America Plaza needs a companion.

Did the show the updated unit figures?

The last proposal had 595 residential units and a hotel. Sounds like they, given the demand, went for the twin proposal to cram more units. Curious if the count is closer to a 1000 between both towers?

Q1 potential u/c date or even early Q2 2023 is optimistic. Great news!

Beautiful, I wonder how much Sqft of retail there is. It would be cool to see retail facing the main greenery/open space.

This is disappointing and it’s not pretty. The towers are not set in stone at all. The only thing that’s being built for certain is the 15 story Goldman Sachs building.

I quite like it and like that it bulks up the skyline to the north. At 50 floors, those should be 550-600 ft, if not taller, which I never thought I'd see built north of 366.

Yea, they're cool. I count 54 floors but I could be off by one or two.

The Goldman Sachs headquarters is being built and there were some visionary ~50 story high-rises on some of the other adjacent sites if I'm not mistaken.

The 80 story building was nixed I believe. But not sure about the other new high-rises, Dallas could use them.
