That thing has been in the grave for many years now...8 I think. The site is already taken by the CTC, so that should answer it for you.

And yes, there is still film on the building. As I said not long ago they will be working on fixing the exterior for a year or so, that BMU on the roof might be out the whole time. But when done the BMU will be hidden

^ Great shots! It's finally Fall.

So Comcast has been in there for a while now, the Four Seasons is open. What's still under construction here? The ground level restaurant on the west side? Roberts' condo? Anything else?

Had dinner at Jean Georges on top of CTC this weekend. Awesome views, and really well done finishes on the interior. The food was good, but not worth the premium prices in my opinion. (I'd recommend just going to the skybar for a drink and look around).

Since I havent seen anyone post a video of the ride up the elevator yet I made one.

Comcast fully occupied the tower October. Roberts condo seems to still be under construction, the south terrace doesn't even have soil and grass on it yet and it looks like there's still construction lights inside the 45th floor. Workers have been fixing the facade ever since it was damaged during construction and there is still a hole in the lantern because there is a big door for the BMU to hide inside. I noticed the decorative lighting is already having problems, but I've seen some sections fixed

Foster + Partners completes Philadelphia's tallest building
Quote:
Foster + Partners' Comcast Technology Center skyscraper in Philadelphia contains "Silicon Valley-style" work spaces topped with a 12-storey Four Seasons hotel.

The British firm's 341-metres-tall skyscraper at 1800 Arch Street is built next to the Comcast Center, which was completed in 2008, to create a campus for cable company Comcast.

The Comcast Technology Center comprises three stepped glass structures with a central glass spine that is flanked by glass elevators on either side. The spire rises well above the neighbouring 297-metre-high Comcast Center to give the new tower the title of the city's tallest building.

Inside, the high-rises has a diverse mix of functions including open and airy work spaces and television studios for NBC10 and Telemundo62; shops, bars and restaurants that are open to the public; site-specific artwork; and the Four Seasons Philadelphia.

Is it officially done? Time to end the thread?

The offices and Four Seasons are complete, but they're still working on the 45th floor and fixing the cladding

It's already in the completed section of the forum - there's nothing to end.

It still seems to me that some of the top floors are a bit dim, hopefully it'll get lit evenly soon. Also there have been squares out on the side of the top of the lantern for quote a while now, as you can see in your pic. Hopefully they fix that soon
