Telus Sky is beautiful! One of my fav towers in Canada. Can't wait to head out to Calgary and see it in person.

Very active construction work over at The One today. Things had slowed down, but maybe now back on track.

We’ll be glad to host you when we can.
We had a trip to the east planned this summer and have had to cancel.
First world problems I guess.

That sucks I was planning to head to Alberta this year but will play it by ear depending on how the COVID goes. My cousins live in Calgary and its been a while since I've been able to go out there. Looking forward to it!

M3 in Mississauga started excavation today. Total height of 260m, putting it in the #4 slot here and kicking off the shorter 1 Yonge tower.

That’s wild to see two suburban cities in our national top 10, and only one primary city in the entire lot.

I'll be in the area next month....definitely will check by since I've been updating the M City thread as best I can. I don't really have anything to say about this development anymore, other than that it's a bit of a mess...bit being how you want to define it. This area will be very strange in a couple years, maybe more so considering how different it'll look....but it'll probably feel just as lacklustre and suburban.

I'll take it. If only we could end on that note and not have the West Village towers capping things off.

Wow! Mississauga's skyline has really changed over the years. I remember when it was only City Hall and Capitol Towers

Koops what happened to the Cresford tower 299 meters?

Is it done, over. It has already begun construction, can't see it stopping due to financial issues, property values are too high.

33 Yorkville, Halo, and Clover were handed over to bcIMC and Otera.

AFAIK, Cresford still has control over the Yonge Street Living project but they have neither cash nor available credit to finish it. No investor will give them a loan after they've been caught keeping 2 sets of books to defraud previous investors.

They'll need to sell either the land or the project corporation (with debts and customer contracts) to another developer. That will take a while; plenty of uncertainty about future condo/office sales at the moment.

Didn't see it posted here but there are new renders for 160 Front in Toronto, TD's new HQ's. Some new details include:

-Green LED lightning on the crown of the building
-Different placement of the logo
-Digital logo signage which will change periodically to include Pride, Womens Day, Earth Day, Canada Day, etc.
