I really like how they handle the retail space at The Hudson--like the vertical lines, breaks up the spaces well

Yeah what a difference this makes on that desolate section of Chicago. People might actually want to walk on those sidewalks now.

Wells/Ontario- I like these two.

This is pretty rare in Chicago - two residential buildings with their long sides facing each other and with hardly any setbacks. Even more rare that a pair like that would be built simultaneously.

Now they have to lease up all those units that have an amphitheater's worth of residents practically looking right into them.

I always have mixed emotions when tower cranes come down. But I'm weird.
