^ Is that a joke?

That is one of the least professional proposals I've seen in years. No way this thing sees the light of day.

^ Yeah, Market Village is being redeveloped into the Remington Centre. Pacific Mall also has a massive expansion in the works. The amount of Chinese malls is ridiculous. I don't see where the demand is coming from, the current supply is already saturated enough.

WOW! It's pretty! First time that "brown" and "pretty" are put together in a sentence!

And it's pretty... tall too! Looks like it's gonna be 46-48 stories...

Been a while..Missingsausage

This thread just died out.....I'll start posting here more often to revive it:
In terms of Mississauga, the area's really been growing with proposals left and right as the LRT is coming in a few years.

We have M City coming up, bringing twin 60 floor towers that'll be the tallest in Mississauga (Along with eight other condo towers later on...)

We have the Grand Village Park masterplan by Amacon, on it's third phase now:

And we have Daniels finally going back to work on their City Centre plans in "Downtown"

We have Kaneff building again after fifteen years of nothing....(two towers, 23 floors on Burnamthorpe)

And other buildings either under construction or proposed.....
