I think it's closer to the Woolworth, so maybe we could get Michael Stern in one of these...
Haha. As long as Stern is looking, well, stern. Perhaps use the image that was featured on this thread where he looks his most evil.

if it is your latter image well, I have to say that Chrysler Head looks like a super-villain.

^ Adding a little fun as well as great design back into skyscrapers.

Meanwhile, SHoP continues to kill it with this...

I know the imperfections are intentional but the perfectionist in me wants to hammer those things plumb. (Not talking about the twisting, btw - they wanted the joints to look somewhat imperfect)

We can see 220 CPS, Stienway, CPT, 432 Park, 281 5th Ave and Verre.

This is the kind of stuff that the renderings years ago made us drool, and right here… we have it manifesting in front of us. Credit goes to fellow YIMBY member “Andrew Nelson”. Just cropped it due to size. Original photo along with excellent synopsis on 3 WTC can be found in link below.

I honestly can't really tell if that's a setback or not. Kinda looks like it?

Yeah, they are using non-union labor, so the rat shows up from time to time.

Speaking of rat, I was in the city today and saw a cockroach.

Have you seen that inflatable cockroach lately? First time I've seen it. Usually I see this around...

Always by some corporate building in the city or in my area in NJ, you'll sometimes see them near the Pharmaceutical companies (somerset country).

But the cockroach, 1st time seeing it.

The first terrace level was in the floor plans to begin 9 floors above the last visible mechanical floor. There are now 9 visible floors above the last mechanical floor so this is def the first setback we are seeing being revealed now.
