I don't know if it's just me, but the layout seems a little un-proportional.

It's the angle the picture was taken from.

More pics. What my city looks like just with blocks. The marina has grown more. I also added blocks to Fountain District (the island in the middle).

These are the first proposals. They're just proposals for now so they can be moved around. Once they are approved they cannot move anymore. They will all include floor plates. Some will be more detailed than others so that the ones I want to show off stand out more and the ones I don't want to show off just don't take up memory space.

No. It's supposed to be something else. I made it before I knew the Infinity Tower. When I found out that the Infinity tower was going to be built I knew people were going to think that this tower was supposed to look like the Infinity Tower.

Ritz-Carleton's "The Court"

Ritz-Carleton has just announced that it will build a 1,000 foot tall tower in La Corte, Islas Margaritas. The tower will have a simple yet elegant design, turning 90 degrees counterclockwise. The tower has 77 floors, the first 30 will be an expected 5 start hotel while the rest will be condominiums.
Valet parking for BOATS?
Yes, this tower will have some of the best services in the city. A private entrance from Aqua Marina is available for condo owners who own a boat. The boat owner simply gives the keys to the valet and takes his(her) elevator to his(her) private residence.
No Hallways?
That's right, elevators will move condo owners to the entrance of each residence. Each floor only has four residences while the 74th and 75th floors are divided into 2 sections. Each of the two sections in the 74th and 75th will be connected by a grand staircase. Similar to a second story town-home.
The foundation work just started today.

An areal view of the city. Foundation work has started in many towers and the Aqua Marina has 1 more section to go before it is completed.

Concstruction, Construction.

The Ritz-Carleton has started construction and is now over ground starting the 6th level.

Another areal view of the city. I'll post more pictures on specific buildings later on. The two twin towers that were in the corner have started construction too. They are the Hilton Hotel and Condominiums. 1 whole tower is a hotel while the other tower is condos.

The Aqua Marina is done!!!

Yeah. It's two antennas proposed for the local news, T.V. shows, etc. They will also cash in by adding an observation deck and the background behind the newscast will be a window so things can be seen happening at the moment instead of a picture. Oh the two towers/antennas will have dozens of small light bulbs that will change color.

Nope no textures. Just lines and more lines. I'm going to make the floor plates and everything so that the city looks real enough with absolutely no textures in anything on my city.

Actually I just downloaded the big one. Then I saved it in a file called Crane 1. I just import Crane 1 into my city and move it around. When I want to put more cranes I just click on Window in the top of the screen, then click on Components, and finish by clicking in "In Model". There you will find the crane you imported, just click on the picture of the crane and you can put it anywhere you want. I made the smaller one though.

New Tallest!!!

Usually I would go slowly, building them up a foot at a time. Since Dubai made a HUGE tower out of nowhere well so can La Corte. The main sponsor of this tower Macintosh, and today the real estate company that will build this tower released three designs. These are pretty crude renderings and the final design has to be perfected, but for now it's just the shape of the buildings. All the information will be announced the same day it will start construction to keep it a surprise and build up the excitement.
Here they are
Tower 1:

Tower 2:

Tower 3:

(looks similar? )

The final design will be chosen in a couple of weeks. Which one should be built?

+More info. on the Ritz Carleton. It is finished with the 11th floor and starting the 12th. Here is a picture from the Pacific Place Boulevard looking towards the city.

Please remember to vote for a design for the new tower.

Thanks Dac. I would post updates slower but since I am showing construction the finalized building will we ready in 5 days at least. That goes for every building in my city. Also I have to spend time on making details for the buildings. Shoul I make an Airport in the same file or in a different file? Cause I don't want the airport to take up space/memory in my city, and make it slower.
