CBRE Global puts Atlantic Station's undeveloped land on the market.
CBRE Global Investors is putting the remaining 16 acres of undeveloped land at Midtown’s Atlantic Station on the market, as property values within the city’s arts and cultural district continue to climb.
The decision comes as Midtown land prices have reached their highest price per acre since 2008, according to market data. Cushman & Wakefield is marketing the Atlantic Station land holdings on behalf of CBRE Global.
The rebound is driven by the
Midtown apartment boom and by the
relocation of companies from the suburbs. That includes Worldpay to Atlantic Station and NCR Corp. to Technology Square, an innovation district just south of Atlantic Station around Georgia Tech, where it could eventually put close to 4,000 jobs.
