This building looks absolutely dreadful. There's no way in hell the developer behind this actually believes its a good design. And I seriously doubt they're targeting anyone under 50. Because the only building built within the last few years that's somewhat similar is The Hallmark Buckhead, and that building is for senior living. I mean, how could they look across the street and actually think this is acceptable. This building was originally supposed to be a 39-story tower. The height was probably reduced because of financing. And that's fine, just don't screw us over with the aesthetics as well. No love went into this building, and it shows.
