To me it looks like it can turn out kinda dark. Im happy with the color of the glass.
I guess it's going to look closer to this then? Ran it through a photo filter in photoshop.

Although I'm sure it will go over well in the South Loop. They are full of amenities that a lot of people seem to enjoy.
Just out of curiosity, what was so bad about NEMA in San Francisco? Had a friend who lived there, and from the one time I visited, it seemed pretty nice.
