That figure of 1,322 ft is about what you would expect to be filed for a 1,400 or so tower. But you're talking about a difference in height of about 80 ft for a reduction of about 13 floors.(Even considering higher ceilings, that's a lot of height for that number of floors). The schedule A filing looks incomplete. We're a long way from the DOB approving any building application which would release any diagrams, and a long way from even beginning construction (should be early 2021). So, until renderings are released, we can't say exactly what is where.
