The video implies they'll renovate the corner of Barrington and Duke but it looks largely cosmetic. Ideally there would be more storefronts and entrances along Barrington, but given the layout of the complex (mechanicals by those vents, etc.) that might not be feasible.
The International Place footprint is incompatible with some already-published Cogswell redevelopment maps, but they were flagged as subject to change:

I have never seen any Brunswick tower rendering before. That will really cut down on the no-man's-land feel around Cogswell. Someday soon hopefully the lot next to Staples (where a church was torn down) will be built up with a tower too. It is conceivable that the northern boundary of downtown will be Cornwallis, not Cogswell, in 5-10 years. In that scenario Gottingen would feel closer to what Spring Garden Road is like today, but with a different mix of businesses. In some ways this is a return to what it was like before the 1970's.
