Probably 8 or so years ago. They had some preliminary notice to the DRC that they were "exploring options." I think it was a Hard Rock hotel or something.

A few things.

The Met Life would be more accurately called Metropolitan Center, no? Met Life is a company and as far as I know, they're not building any towers in town.

Isn't 98th 14th Street 3 tower proposal?

There's also the 11th and Crescent included with the other 12th Street projects.

And if you're including condos, there's the condos on 7th and Peachtree as well next to Viewpoint / Skyhouse South.

In rendering 2 can you clearly see the Urban Outfitters along N. Highland Avenue, so that's showing the portion that fronts N. Highland. In rendering 1 you can see the edge of the church, which fronts N. Highland as well, and you can see the bicycle rack from rendering 2. So rendering 1 is showing us the intersection of N. Highland and Blue Ridge Avenue. Rendering 3 is probably the corner of Blue Ridge Avenue and Seminole Avenue.

Metropolitan, I knew it was something like that. lol

I left out the third tower on 98th. It's kinda hidden behind the two taller towers. I suppose I can add later.

The 7th and Peachtree I drew but ended up not adding because you cant see it behind the huge 6th and P'tree tower.

Did I not put the 11th and Crescent tower in the right place? I know there is no rendering yet so I just put a question mark.

It's shown a block north of the actual location.
