Here's something a little more significant, in terms of size & cost for ya (and it's also a GBBN project
)
Another TriHealth project was just approved. This one is for a planned $140 million "transformation" of its
Good Samaritan Hospital (aka "Good Sam" - located just north of University of Cincinnati's campus). The work will include significant upgrades throughout, including, among other things, new operating rooms, a reoriented main entrance, and an eventual new emergency department. A new 5-story building will be built on the campus to house perioperative services and some shell space for the new emergency department and other outpatient services. Several older buildings will be demolished, starting with the Hebrew Union Dormitory this spring, which TriHealth purchased a while ago. In its place, a new staff parking deck will be built -
