Yo Tk you killed this, it's amazing how even with all the density in UC, Center city is still a massive core for the time being.

Nice to see it from the side, what street did you stop at in West Philly? 42nd?

It was purple. I noticed that while out running last night. The lighting on comcast 1 is so well done!

This is remarkable; what an amazing job. When you think of the height of the Mark and CHOP's New Patient Tower being close to the height of the CIRA Center you can see how it really will effect the skyline over all.

As long as we see towers over 700' between 30th Street and 16th Street the core is pretty much there.

"Spoke with the Comcast peeps and they tell me that the Comcast LED lights have been upgraded to change lights from white to multicolored going forward . They’re going to work on Comcast Technology building in the coming years!"

It's a shame they only did the box on the top and didn't make it look like a cohesive design by doing the corners and "windows".

The building is supposed to look like a square-topped pyramid busting out of a square-ish box. The whole pyramid should be the same color. Sorry, the pyramid comparison is the best description I could come up with for now.

TL;DR: I hate that it looks like a basic colored box on top of an otherwise dark building.

Hey this is a big upgrade, and the fact that Comcast upgrading their lights are causing everyone else to as well as is a big plus, just wait until Comcast II lights are updated, the skyline is gonna look amazing, it's already looking better with Comcast 1 upgraded.
