thanks. i took that on sunday, 2/14. thats the new style. got photomatix. wait till i got some noise reduction software. things will really be poppin then.

Very nice. I particularly like the quiet neighborhood street with the glow of the street lights.

hey i did. i didnt even notice that. you have a good eye.

its not real easy to get reflections from this angle cause the bayou is so small in this part.

I LOVE the crown on that thing now that its completed. The neon & vertical flood lights pointing towards the heavens adds a nice touch too.

yeah, its real nice on a cloudy day. the picture of the hotel sorella has it shining in the background. i love that shot.

also, good example to prove my point. this photo was taken on 2/14/2010 at around 6 pm. The color are pretty true to what it actually looked like that night.

Diskojoe just captures the best of Houston, and showcases it. Amazing work, but Houston truly does look this good(although I can say his photography and editing skills do highlight the images), and thanks to him, we can all enjoy it.

Those are the old Enron Towers! I believe Chevron now leases the buildings! Houston forumers is this correct?

I have been looking at threads about Houston for years and I have never seen one street shot with crowds of people.

Thanks for the photos!!! I'm so glad you got a shot of the red lighting on the Chase Tower. I like it much better than the white lighting there, and I hope they keep it longer than February.
