This was a schematic floor plan from the presentation that lists the height as 377 feet.

Is this a speculative build or do they need an anchor tenant? Decent height and design. Community room interesting concept here. Wondering if there will be a restaurant for retail on ground level. Could do catering to the community room for any occasion type of parties.

It’s primarily residential so it shouldn’t need an anchor tenant on the commercial space to get started.

Love it!!! Two towers at 3800 Market finally moving forward.

21st & Ludlow is literal perfection. Not sure who could have a negative thing to say about that.

Thanks...I was in the middle of posting after the pictures came up and stepped away and came back but didn't see the concept drawings indicating residential apartments. Make sense now.

This is cool, and helps the view of this building from the West.

That is really lovely but why was there such a huge blank wall in the first place? Do they plan to develop the parking lot adjacent down the road?

It got value engineered. The original plans looked amazing:

How does the 377' compare to the attractive curved building across the street? Hard to get a sense of elevation from the rendered angles.

My guess is that they will use glass that will mitigate the bird issue (I hope!). And the curved building is the Murano condos, which are 475 ft. tall, so almost exactly 100 ft. taller than this proposal.

It's a super handsome building.

A nice response to the Gensler Riverwalk buildings, tbh.
