Is this a speculative build or do they need an anchor tenant? Decent height and design. Community room interesting concept here. Wondering if there will be a restaurant for retail on ground level. Could do catering to the community room for any occasion type of parties.

It’s primarily residential so it shouldn’t need an anchor tenant on the commercial space to get started.

Thanks...I was in the middle of posting after the pictures came up and stepped away and came back but didn't see the concept drawings indicating residential apartments. Make sense now.

That is really lovely but why was there such a huge blank wall in the first place? Do they plan to develop the parking lot adjacent down the road?

I'm sure its just the rendering but the glass looks extra-reflective, almost a mirror. Poor birds!

How does the 377' compare to the attractive curved building across the street? Hard to get a sense of elevation from the rendered angles.

My guess is that they will use glass that will mitigate the bird issue (I hope!). And the curved building is the Murano condos, which are 475 ft. tall, so almost exactly 100 ft. taller than this proposal.
