With 3 or 4 more levels of height I fee like this building would be a lot more attractive. It's basically a big square, as wide as it is tall, and that makes the crown feature look sort of off.

Still, better than the old outparcel restaurants that were there before.

Casa Grande was THE place to be on Friday nights back in the late 90s.

Indeed. I wish I had a picture of the huge curved magazine room in the Pharr Rd building. I don't think anyone under 30 would believe how many magazines used to exist

Buckhead Village Site That Could Yield 20-Story Tower Up For Sale

https://www.bisnow.com/atlanta/news/...or-sale-125389
Quote:
Foundry Commercial is marketing 3171 Peachtree Road, a 21K SF retail property, offering it to developers as the site of a future mixed-use high-rise.

Three restaurant spaces occupy the building at the nearly 1-acre site, including local watering hole Moondogs and nightclub Red Martini. The third space, formerly a Hole in the Wall bar, is vacant.

“We’ve got offers on the table,” Lindenbaum said. “We’re fielding other offers in the market.”
