Yes, Related is calling everything on its site Hudson Yards (is this news?), we've known this from the beginning. It's one of the main reasons why Extell's site was traded with the Related site on 8th Avenue, Extell also had a tower refered to as 1 Hudson Yards (which was trademared as well).

As far as the other towers, of course they are referred to as Hudson Yards, but will use their more specific addresses (3 Hudson Boulevard) or names (the Spiral, aka 66 Hudson Boulevard) but are all Hudson Yards towers.
